January 10 th ~ Herb of The Month Class Series w/ Meaghan Thompson 

The featured herb is Pine ! Each month we will focus on a specific herb, how it is cultivated, harvested and used thereafter. Each session will end with a medicine making project involving our Herbal ally that participants will be able to take home. Cost $20 (includes medicine making supplies). Pre- registration is required in order to know the amount of supplies needed.To register email hillary@sacredrootswv.com. 6:00- 7:00 pm. Don’t let the cold and dark keep you away! We will have a fire in the wood stove, lights strung about  in the greenhouse and tea to keep you cozy .

Transformational times call for serious self care !  In order for us to be able to serve the world with our gifts, we need to be able to tap into our inner reserves. Join us for a day of DEEP nourishment, as we explore the various herbs and practices we can rely on for multi-faceted wellness and support as we move forward in this time of personal and global transformation. We’ll make herbal talismans, a personalized adaptogenic tea blend, connect with our plant spirit allies in guided visualization and discuss the many ways we can cultivate inner peace and balance in collaboration with the plants.  1-3:30 pm /  $ 40 .  To register contact hillary@sacredrootswv.com . This event will be held in the yurt **

All classes are held here at Sacred Roots Herbal Sanctuary 1799 Persimmon Lane Shepherdstown, WV 25443 *Caution…GPS has been misleading. Persimmon Lane is located between 45 and 480. (If you are coming from 45 / Winebrenner, left at fork onto Quincy… turns into Persimmon).
