November 19th ~ Wild Root Medicine Magic
Let’s face it – from Halloween all the way up to New Year’s Day is one big eat-a-thon. Digestive issues are common during this time of year. In this workshop we will focus on the medicinal benefits of the dandelion and yellow dock root for healing potential holiday digestive woes…and whatever else ails us. November 26th ~ DIY Indoor Herbal Tea Garden
Just because the weather outside is getting cooler, doesn’t mean you have to go without fresh herbs for tea this winter. In this class, we will learn about the multitude of benefits of growing chamomile, lemon balm, lavender and peppermint and make and indoor tea garden using mason jars. 1-3:30 pm. $35.
